Location is the only positive
Look at review in survey, horrible unit, sand in carpet. Nightstand almost tumbled over due to missing leg, only one tv remote.

Excellent Stay
We were only at the property for two days, one of which was spent at Universal Studios. However, in the short time we were at the resort, I must say it was wonderful! The 2 Bedroom Villa exceeded my expectations. It was clean, updated with granite counter tops and appliances. The bedrooms were a great size and so were the two bathrooms. The master bathroom was just absolutely amazing! Loved the view of the golfcourse and the decent size screened-in porch. The resort itself was beautiful very clean and all staff were very helpful. Next time we visit Orlando I will be sure to stay at this property again and hopefully plan a bit more time at the resort itself. *** Only a quick drive to Universal Studios, which was where we spent one of our days***

Checking in process
First time I checked in was January 3rd checked out on the 6th. Jackie very pleasant very helpful check me in the first time. Came back checked in on the 6th again in the evening because I miss my flight home .young man by the name of Chris what's rude obnoxious but I said nothing because I was tired and wanted to go to my room . if I ever come back I will not deal with him thank you for a nice day I enjoyed my room I enjoyed how nice and clean Connie Willis

Great place to relax
this is a great place to visit with the family and children. There are nice pools and several activities per day. The resort is close to the parks so the location is perfect.
