Florida 2018

Just returned home after a holiday at Orange Lake resort. Super place with loads of space and great things to do. Very big resort so hire cars are a must, bus service is available. Staff were more than helpful with any issues that arose during our stay. We had a medical emergency and Holiday Inn could not have been more helpful in looking after us. Looking forward to a return visit when we are fit enough to travel back and enjoy Orange Lake resort.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Stayed on the waterpark for a weekend get away for my sons birthday w 4 kids and 2 adults. Room was very spacious and more importantly clean. We had limited interactions with staff after check in, but everyone we came across was friendly and accommodating.

Wonderful Experience

Beautiful resort with loads of amenities and activities. The villa was spacious and fully equipped for a family stay. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. I will choose IHG at Orange Lake as my family vacation spot again.

Terrible beds nice amenities

Beds are very bad, pillows also. Nice things to do on site but expensive. Will not be returning to this location.

Huge property and plenty to do

The Orange resorts is a lovely property, there is plenty to do. This property is enormous, you can drive for 10 mins through it, we were fortunate enough to be close to the pool area, but be prepared for a long walk / shuttle or drive to that area if you're further away. You also have to pay $9 for lazy river tubes which I wasn't aware of , although you can use all the pool areas for free without tubes. The big slide wasn't working either, they had a much smaller replacement in place, although the price to use it is still the same $3 per turn or $9 per hour. The replacement slide is still fairly big though and was perfect for 4year old you're very close to a publix, just on the edge of the property, which is great! Its about a 12 min drive to Animal Kingdom and 20 to Magic Kingdom so great location

Kids loved it. Not crowded. Very nice set up. We will be back for sure

Great stay

Great stay for the price! There is a lazy river. Very clean, walls are a little thin but no complaints.

Amazing Vacation

We just returned from our vacation. It was amazing with just a few bumps. One the bedroom would be better at the opposite end of the room. The noise level in the halls is just way to loud. And two they need to tone down the sales pitch a notch or two. Way to aggressive and 2.5 hours is a pretty long time. But all in all we had a great time and if you are looking to unwind I would recommend this place. Close to everything so you can do as much or as little as you want.

Time Share... Beware

This is a Time Share Facility not a Holiday Inn owned property. 2 Hrs to check in, Had two villa's which were supposed to be next to each other, they were 20 min walk apart. Also be ready for sales pitch after check in & 90 Min Tour (Sales Pitch) and extra charges for basic room cleanings, additional towels, tubes, ect..... Not worth the price we paid.
