Weekend getaway

Our family enjoys this Resort. The rooms at the hotel are roomy and comfortable. There are many great pools and several water slides for the whole family to enjoy. Great food and drinks from the restaurants and bars on the resort property. I recommend this resort to all my friends near and far. Great place to escape for the weekend. Never over crowded. Can't say enough. Can't wait to go back!

Love Orange Lake Resort

We have enjoyed this resort for several years. The convenience to Disney resorts is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and we enjoy the ability to have the bedrooms separated from the living quarters along with a full kitchen. The resort is beautiful as well with awesome pools. We will be back to this place.

Great Resort Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend getaway at this resort. We were upgraded to a villa for only an additional $25 per night, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and orderly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful. The shuttle service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back. The only things that I would recommend improving is a) the breakfast buffet at Riverside was not the best. The food wasn't very good and when I went at 10am, most of the food was gone. It seemed to me like they couldn't keep up with the amount of people coming in. That was very disappointing; b) the lack of vending machines at the villas. Since we were not expecting to end up in a villa, we had no food or drinks with us. You can buy a cup that you can refill with soda for an unlimited number of times at any of their refill stations - but there were none located in the East Village; and c) Have food service delivery available. They do have a pizza place that delivers, but after a long hot day in the sun, it would have been nice to have dinner delivered.

Timeshare presentation

The resort itself was enjoyable. Didnt even mind the timeshare presentation. Claudio did a great job, and if it were more affordable for our current budget I would have been sold. However, Maria in marketing left a tarnished image on our stay. She was quite abrupt and rude when we informed her we were not interested in her offer. Not at all what I was expecting after devoting 2 hours of my vacation time.

Gorgeous apartment at a great price

We really enjoyed our stay. Our apartment accommodated four adults and two children well and everyone had plenty of space. Rooms were spotless and comfortably appointed. We came here for a trip to Disney World and it was an easy and quick drive to the parks- we could even see the fireworks from our screened-in patio! Loved everything about our stay and will return when we come back to Orlando.

We had a great time

It was the first time we took a vacation at a resort and we enjoyed the amenities. Food was good too. I bought a IHG vacation package which I do not regret.

Family getaway

It was great for the entire family, many things to do for the everyone in the family, and all ages

Relaxed

Great place to relax by a pool with a drink. This property is maintained to the n'th degree. Any problems you have are taken care of immediately.

Great 3 bedroom suite

Great place with big rooms. 1 had a queen, the other had 2 queens, the master bedroom had 1 king. Everything was provided in the kitchen, utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. Washer and dryer available for free. Had the suite far back in the corner in the 87 thousands in the east village i believe, but its ok, you have to drive everywhere pretty much. Lazy river was cool, pool nice, my toddler had fun. Overall, everyone in the party was happy.

I had a couple of issues during my stay. Front door not latching and not linking my two reservations together even though I verified that they were numerous times-before arrival, at arrival, and once again on the day of 2nd reservation start, after being awoken by someone calling and asking me what time I was checking out. I still got locked out of my room and had to get my key fixed. Tommy was fabulous with helping me
