Amazing property
This was my first vacation in several years and this hotel made it PERFECT! It was beautiful and everyone there was so nice and helpful.

Wonderful Resort and Facilities
A GREAT resort not too far from Disney. Pools are landscaped wonderfully, Golf Courses in great condition, Resort spotless. Study room had furniture that needs to be updated but overall a GREAT TIME, Highly recommend

Not clean at all!
Weird smell, molded toilets, dirty showers and roaches. The absolute worst experience from start to finish! Not to mention do not ask for management because they will tell you no one is available and you must wait on a call!

Great resort although food not fantastic. Shame about front desk service levels
This would have been a fantastic stay had it not been for the awful front desk service levels. The accommodation, facilities and location are all superb although drinks are very expensive and food generally disappointing. Front desk service levels and debacle over excess charging for my room spoilt the holiday.

Lots of activities for families!
We came down for a cruise and the kids loved it. We are planning to hit up Universal Studios in April and all the kids are begging to go back to this location.

I feel like Orange Lake vacation club in Orlando provides the best value anywhere. I have not found any other place that offers the amenities and spacious rooms like this resort. From the moment you pass through security at the time of check out to when you leave, I feel secure and very happy staying here.
