Perfect getaway!

This place is amazing, they’ve always done good by us. We’ve stayed here sooo many times! The staff, the rooms, everything about this resort is perfect. The pools are always spotless, the rooms are always clean..couldn’t ask for better!

Great place to stay in Orlando!

We love this resort! The food is great and the pool bar is so much fun. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great as was the huge pools and the lazy river. Highly recommend. Clean and enjoyable property which is very close to the Parks.

Lovely large property options. Our room was spacious and clean and offered everyone their own area while being able to exist together.

Family Vacation I enjoyed my stay here. My kids enjoyed the out door amenities and the screen in patio. I enjoyed the fully equipt kitchen and the cleanliness. My husband enjoyed the view of nature. Overall the stay was very relaxing and amazing. Will recommend !

A mixed experience

While our decision to withhold recommendations for the resort was influenced by our interaction with the marketing team upon check in, it's important to highlight some positive aspects of our experience. The villa itself was delightful and impeccably clean, and the pools were truly picturesque. However, it would have been beneficial to have been informed about the resort fees beforehand, as they accrued significantly and were not evident during the booking process through a third-party website. In addition, I must commend Massiah at the front desk for providing exceptional service. On a lighter note, I wholeheartedly endorse trying the frozen bananas at the lazy river - a delightful treat worth indulging in during your stay.

Great first impression

Sebastian heard it was a birthday celebration for the family and sent a bottle of wine.

Gorgeous resort with so many amenities for families and kiddos of all ages!

Chose Orange Lake to stay and relax and celebrate our daughter's 16th birthday. All of us absolutely loved our condo, the pools, the arcade, the dining options and just how well kept the resort is. Our only regret was not booking for longer! This was a fantastic price for the amount of space and room location we had! Extremely clean which was so nice to not have to worry about anything.

Gross rooms

Rooms were terrible. Sinks were clogged and wouldn't drain. Mold in all the vents. We woke up every morning with a sore throat. Roaches in the living room the only nice thing was the pools.

Could be 5 star but needs work

1st reservation on 8/21/24 was horrible. Checked in at 330 washer was filthy with hair and debris as well as floors. Dishes had food on them and I stepped on glass. Rooms were switched and front desk, housekeeping and maintenance were awesome in trying to rectify but while second room was much better and clean there was a mildew smell which was a concern as my son has asthma. We were given another bungalow but that too was filthy and unfortunately it was 10pm and housekeeping was not avail. I swept and the amount of hair that was on the floors was disgusting. I was too tired, aggrevated and hungry as it was already 10 pm. We were told housekeeping would come in the morning, they came in the afternoon while we were out and once returning to the room I could not tell the floor had been cleaned as my socks were still dirty. At that point I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. The amenities were nice as well as staff and customer service. Food was ok but I do not recommend the pizza. Don't forget to look at their activity board at check in because they don't promote it they just try to sell you stuff. Visit the splash lagoon and not just river island it's a different vibe and not as crowded.
