Horrible
Place was not as pictured. We walked in and found underwear in the floor. It was very ghetto. I felt as if I was catfished. The people here were rude and unprofessional and unorganized. Would never go back. Definitely did not get my moneys worth

Enjoyable stay
Overall our stay was enjoyable. Villa spacious and relaxing and multiple pools and restaurants were a plus. Villa could stand a better cleaning.

Rooms are nicely updated and clean. Check in was horrible and the staff at the fun zone in which you pay extra for are rude.

Best Resort in Orlando, bar none
The Orange Lake Resort is on par or above many of the IHG properties I have stayed around the world. The resort’s many amenities and facilities rank the resort, as far as my family and I are concerned, far above all he Disney/Orlando hotels in the area. The lazy river lagoon, the large pools, and the many relaxing areas make this resort the place to go. Even though there are other “luxury” resorts around, this place surpasses them. From the friendly bar staff, to the greeters at the restaurants, to all the wait staff, to the general housekeeping staff, this resort is head and shoulders above all the other resorts and hotels in the area. After having stayed at InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn facilities worldwide, I must admit this is now my current favorite.

ALTHOUGH ANOTHER PERSON WAS HELPING ME FIRST, BUT JUSTIN WAS CALLED FORWARD AND HELPED A GREAT DEAL. HE SEEMS TO HAVE GREAT TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.

Great location and amenities!
We love coming to Orange Lake. The convenience of the new exit at the North Village makes getting to Disney simple and no toll! We really enjoyed playing bingo a few of the mornings we were there and the F&B is fantastic! Just like always, another successful Florida vacation at Orange Lake!
