I love ❤️ the stay for me and my family.

Perfection

Everything was perfect. This is my 5 times staying here

Would recommend but needs some improvements!

Roomy villas close to the "waterpark" for the kids. Could use a swift decor update to keep up. Room was pretty clean but found hair in places. Staff hard to get in touch with unless you want to go on one of their tours then they are all ears. A few disappointments here and there but i guess its what you make of it.

Great Hotel

The hotel is really good for stay in and offers many activities inside the complex. Recommended; Regarding distance from parks, Disney parks are 20 minutes drive aways. Very convenient. Universal parks are around 50 minutes drive;

Get place for family fun

My first stay at the resort was amazing. The staff, and activities, were great. I was thinking my teenage sons would have been bored but they found so much to do! I would recommend this resort for family fun and relaxation!

Great location and amenities.

The amenities on site are exceptional. They have an exceptional lazy river, mini-golf, rock climbing, water slides, a great bar and restaurant, and so much more.

Everything you could need in one place

Great place to stay has everything you could possibly need. Food pools bars no need to leave the resort. Carlton at the front desk was excellent made sure we had a great room that suited our needs. YUDI at River island bar was amazing. He was so friendly and personable. Took care of us all night made sure we had everything we need even though he was extremely busy and alone. We had a great night at the bar with him and he made our stay memorable. What a great time with him excellent employee give him a raise.

Great Location

Location was just outside the Disney Park. Grounds were nice and the pools were very clean and inviting. Room was spacious and relaxing for the entire family as everyone had their own place. Would definitely recommend to others to stay.

Excellent Stay

I loved this resort. So convenient to everything and so clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants served excellent food at very reasonable prices.

Cleaning my own room. Smell to powerful

Sorry the room smelt like straight bleach and we had to Air it out. I was also instructed to take out my trash and pull off all the sheets. Paid a decent amount of money to do cleaning myself which I thought was weird
