Quiet and Comfortable
We stayed overnight at Orange lake, at the end of a longer stay elsewhere. The villa was nice, clean, and comfortable. The street we were on was very quiet. Everyone at the resort was very nice. We have stayed here before, as we are owners, and we look forward to staying again.

Rooms are great. Floors could have been cleaner. The floors in the kitchen and dining area were filthy

Easy reach room and comfortable
We are elderly couple with limited walking ability. Room is on the main floor and easily reached. Handicapped parking spots are limited. We wished there were more of them.

My vacation
I took my kids and I on vacation and we stayed in River Island and it was amazing! The staff are so friendly and there’s a lot to do with the kids! We enjoyed the lazy river and the pools. The kids also enjoyed the waterslides.

Orange Lake family trip
This facility has a lot of great amenities, including several different swimming pools that kept my kids entertained. They also have arcades so that the kids can play even if it’s chilly or if it’s raining outside. The rooms themselves have plenty of bedrooms plenty of bathrooms the kitchen areas are very nice. It’s a beautiful place to stay and the patio that’s screened in is a wonderful place to sit and have your morning coffee.

Not clean at all
Lack of customer service and cleanliness. Management is not ever available either. Room was not cleaned at all.

Love this place!
We love this place! Whenever we have family or friends come to Florida & want to go to the parks, we always stay here. My husband is in a power wheelchair and the accessibility in the rooms and on property is excellent. It really is a great place to stay and enjoy all the amenities!
