Our review
Bed extremely uncomfortable, gate guard was a jerk. Luring us into Club vacation meeting was not appreciated and wasted our day. Although the representative was very nice and informative. We felt mislead by the whole experience

Rooms and location
The location of the resort is great. I think more amenities should be included or an option when you pay for the rooms. Things include the lazy river and putt putt golf.

First off I want it to be known prior to this past stay I had given five stars, this stay definitely not even CLOSE! Between the nasty smell in the unit from dirty carpet to hair in fridge, to broken tub and a roach crawling across my teenagers pillow at night I probably won't be back for the price we paid! We had expressed our concern with the people from the "tour" (which btw is just people who get upset you don't want a time share) DO NOT GO it lasted longer then two hours and we saw nothing but a time share . The jets ski where fun tho!

Stained bedding and blood stains in bathroom
King bedding was blood stained on all pieces and was sent queen size replacement. Second attempt I was sent 1-fitted sheet, 1- flat sheet, third attempt I gave up after an hour as it was nearly 3am by then. Bathroom had multiple blood stains on the doorframe, soap dispenser, wall, lavatory faucet, and bedroom floor. I have stayed here many times with great service and quality. This stay was completely unacceptable and even dangerous.

Love the hotel and room. Amenities are very expensive and wristbands were not included in the resort fee. Other than that our stay was am!

Best property to stay at if you’re going to Disney! Close easy access road straight on to property in under 15 minutes. Property is clean and beautiful. No reason to leave property as everything you could want is there!
