Orange lake resort family vacation

We were welcomed by Tk she was amazing and so friendly. We arrived early and to our shock the room was already cleaned and ready. After talking to her we talked to Nory and he told us more about the property and of his experience and made recommendations based on our family size. Just from talking to them I had a great experience before even exploring on our own. The shuttle bus drivers were so funny and friendly they kept us laughing and we honestly didn't want to leave. The restaurants were amazing. I didn't get to take a lot of pictures of the resort because we were truly amazed by the place and wanted to explore as much as we could and we didn't get to see everything but we can't wait to come back. It's truly a great place to go with the family and it made us feel extremely safe.

The stay was great

The stay was great The rooms were very nice, lots of private rooms space. I couldn't get my TV to work in the bedroom I made calls the front desk even though it was little late someone was there in minutes. The villa was absolutely beautiful The grounds are well kept. I love this place

Huge property, lots to do

Lots of great pools, activities and other things to do right outside the resort. Gets very pricey though when you factor in the rest of your trip. The wristbands and refillable cups are cool, but if you have multiple children it adds up fast. Wish the hours of golf, the arcades and rock wall were open later though. Would be especially helpful during the summer when it's hot since there isn't much shade.

Comfortable bed

It was heaven to sleep. It is quiet and peaceful. Comfortable sheets. Pillows are great as well. Overall a great experience.

Clean, quiet Villa

Our 2 bedroom villa was clean and well supplied. Anytime we needed anything, guest services was happy to provide it. No shuttles to parks but they did have shuttles within the property. Close to attractions. Great golf courses!

Large room. Comfortable bed. Nice pool.

We would have liked the pool to stay open later. There was no place on site to get coffee or quick breakfast in the morning.

Ok overall

Staff needs a bit more training in the front desk. Check in and check out took a bit long as well.

Accommodations were excellent. Staff was friendly

We enjoyed our stay so much, we can’t wait to return. It became our home away from home. The apartment was beautiful and so clean. And I loved having two bathrooms. There was so much to do. In general this was one of our best vacations.

Great service and amenities

My stay was amazing. The service was great and the amenities on the resort gave us lots of activities to participate in.

Terrible check in and incorrect payments

Terrible employee service no help no empathy. They took 3 deposits and canceled my rooms twice. Come fo find out they sent my payment to another location and i had to do all the foot work to fix it. The employees did nothing to fix it after hours in lobby. During check in they charged 4 cards for holding deposits when there is only 3 rooms.
