GREAT ASSISTANCE FROM JUSTIN!!!
ALTHOUGH ANOTHER PERSON WAS HELPING ME FIRST, BUT JUSTIN WAS CALLED FORWARD AND HELPED A GREAT DEAL. HE SEEMS TO HAVE GREAT TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE IN ASSISTING CUSTOMERS.

Great location and amenities!
We love coming to Orange Lake. The convenience of the new exit at the North Village makes getting to Disney simple and no toll! We really enjoyed playing bingo a few of the mornings we were there and the F&B is fantastic! Just like always, another successful Florida vacation at Orange Lake!

Great place to bring the whole family.
I enjoyed my stay at this property. The only problem I had was the villa smelled like mildew and urine. They moved me to another villa later that night. The new villa smelled a lot better. Other than that my family enjoyed themselves.

We booked a weekend stay for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Even though it’s my second time staying, my kids enjoyed their first stay here and wish to come back. We enjoyed the pool, the scenery and planned to do more activities but it rained majority of our stay yet we made the best of it! We will be back soon, thanks for providing us with endless opportunities for fun

Great stay!
My family stayed in a two bedroom villa it was very spacious. The villa was clean stocked with kitchen appliances so cook if we did not want to spend additional money off the resort so that was a perk. My children enjoyed that there were multiple pools however our stayed constant off going to River Island lol which was nice because my and I enjoyed it as well. It was crowed but not to crowded where you could not enjoy yourself . I would definitely recommend anyone to this resort . We will definitely be back next summer !

Over priced amenities
It was a decent stay but was not happy at the exorbitant cost to be able to use the tubes in the lazy river that most certainly should have been included in the $1600 then I spent to stay there for 6 nights. Really disappointed in Holiday Inn for charging that much.

Dated Rooms but nice amenities
The room carpet/decor/lighting was dated. The bed was hard and stiff. The hallways smelled sour. The staff were not knowledgeable and it was difficult checking in. The only nice aspects were the amenities such as the restaurants and pool.
