Birthday shenanigans 🤪

We booked a weekend stay for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Even though it’s my second time staying, my kids enjoyed their first stay here and wish to come back. We enjoyed the pool, the scenery and planned to do more activities but it rained majority of our stay yet we made the best of it! We will be back soon, thanks for providing us with endless opportunities for fun

Great stay!

My family stayed in a two bedroom villa it was very spacious. The villa was clean stocked with kitchen appliances so cook if we did not want to spend additional money off the resort so that was a perk. My children enjoyed that there were multiple pools however our stayed constant off going to River Island lol which was nice because my and I enjoyed it as well. It was crowed but not to crowded where you could not enjoy yourself . I would definitely recommend anyone to this resort . We will definitely be back next summer !

Over priced amenities

It was a decent stay but was not happy at the exorbitant cost to be able to use the tubes in the lazy river that most certainly should have been included in the $1600 then I spent to stay there for 6 nights. Really disappointed in Holiday Inn for charging that much.

Dated Rooms but nice amenities

The room carpet/decor/lighting was dated. The bed was hard and stiff. The hallways smelled sour. The staff were not knowledgeable and it was difficult checking in. The only nice aspects were the amenities such as the restaurants and pool.

Staff was quick to provide service each time was requested.

We enjoyed the rooms, very home away from home atmosphere. Plenty of restaurants to eat at as well as having a kitchen for day we chose to eat in. The variety of activities available and pools, you don't need to leave the resort for anything. Shuttle services were readily available. Definitely recommend this location and we plan to visit again.

Great hotel on resort grounds

Great overall experience. The accommodations at the resort were great.

Comfortable bungalow

This resort was the best vacation in a long time. Everything you could want was on this resort. We had plans to visit the surrounding parks but there was so much to do every day on the resort we never left the grounds. The food and accommodations was awesome.

Friendly staff & awesome resort for families

From the moment we arrived the staff was welcoming and friendly. Everyone always had a smile. We were amazed at the plethora of activities available, as well as the many places within resort. This is a great place for families with children with the many swimming pools, lazy River, water slides, mini golf and arcades on property, not to mention the planned activities offered daily. I highly recommend this resort to any family looking for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Clean, well appointed villa - great site and service

We really enjoyed our stay at the West Village. The people were friendly and the villa was beautiful. Our bed was comfortable and had nice linens. We also used the shuttle several times and loved having that amenity available. Our trip to the North Village was the highlight of the trip, with gorgeous bridges, cabanas and grounds. The food and beverage service directly to the cabanas was a nice touch and our server was entertaining and even came by in a brief rainstorm to check on us.

Everything was excellent

I enjoyed everything. Will recommend to others. I will let everyone know this is the place to come when in Florida.
