Clean, well appointed villa - great site and service
We really enjoyed our stay at the West Village. The people were friendly and the villa was beautiful. Our bed was comfortable and had nice linens. We also used the shuttle several times and loved having that amenity available. Our trip to the North Village was the highlight of the trip, with gorgeous bridges, cabanas and grounds. The food and beverage service directly to the cabanas was a nice touch and our server was entertaining and even came by in a brief rainstorm to check on us.

Great place to stay
This resort is withing a short distance to most of the attractions in Orlando, Fla. It is easy to get in and out of and the amenities are fantastic, such as the pools, lazy river, putt-putt golf and small eating establishment.

Great place to stay at Exceptional Price
We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was great! Clean, spacious and peaceful is a hat I call it. We were able to do everything we needed right there on the resort. The kids were able swim while the wife I got a meal. Definitely will be back!

Good location
The bedding was pretty uncomfortable and had the tiniest pillows. The WiFi didn’t work 95% of the time. The dryer also left black marks all over our clothing. This isn’t a reflection of our stay, but the sales staff for the timeshares was horrendous. It’s been a while since I’ve felt that disrespected. They made me feel like I was in a used car dealership. They are honestly the reason we won’t be back. Also was promised 2 points vouchers that were supposed to be mailed but haven’t received those either.

Very relaxing environment
We like having a 2 bedroom unit because we can use both bathrooms when we get back from the pool or visiting local attractions. We can get cleaned up and out to dinner.

Nice room, horrible service.
Don’t waste your time or money. Everything is an extra fee. Amenities are a two mile drive from your room. Staff members are clueless and unhelpful. I will not be back. You couldn’t pay me to go back.
