Awesome stay

Everything was better than expected. Comfortable beds and bathrooms are huge. Ability to still have home cooked meals and enjoy food and bar as well as pools. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Perfect Family Trip

My trip was amazing, the property was huge and beautiful. I loved the lazy River, it's the biggest I've ever seen. Everything was great, the staff was extremely helpful and left a lasting impression. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. O would definitely stay at this resort again in the future.

Relaxing and good for family

The room was pretty clean but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner, specially the tub. The check in and check out was a bit confusing and time consuming. The villa was clean and the kitchen need a a bit of work. The fridge had to some damage. The beds were comfortable and clean. The washer and dryer worked great. Love the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked. The food at the restaurant was very poor for breakfast, and extremely over priced. The staff was friendly and helpful. The drinks at the pool bars were great and the bartenders were friendly. The pools were cleaned and had lots of sitting for the guest. My kids loved the slides and lazy river. The amount of pools were great and they were all a bit different which was great. The shuttle service needs a lot of work, shuttles takes too long to get around. The arcade was great and the kids had a great time. Also the process to get bands for activities needs improvement. Overall it was a really good experience and I would recommend it to anyone. It’s just minor things that need a bit of work. Would definitely go again.

Clean and comfty

The rooms are really clean and smell good. the bed is very comfty. Good nights sleep. full kitchen is clean and comes with the right supplies.

We enjoy coming g to orange lake for the simple fact we do not have to leave the resort during our stay they offer many amenities for us to enjoy

Better elsewhere

Worst IHG experience in cumulative of 10 years. Considering not returning to an IHG hotel because of it. Management was accomodating, "resort" terminology is overrated, and ammenities were all at extra costs. Left after day one of a scheduled 2x week stay.

Perfection

Would recommend but needs some improvements!

Roomy villas close to the "waterpark" for the kids. Could use a swift decor update to keep up. Room was pretty clean but found hair in places. Staff hard to get in touch with unless you want to go on one of their tours then they are all ears. A few disappointments here and there but i guess its what you make of it.
