Very comfortable
We were very pleased with our accommodations. Being a weeks owner for 30+ years , we thought the sales pitch to changeover to points was way too long and too aggressive. We were never contacted during Covid for a deal as they thought. So, needless to say, we did not think they were treating us fairly.

Fun resort with all the amenities you need
Great time at this resort. Very family friendly. Stay anywhere on the resort with easy, free transportation service to bring you to the different locations. 2 bed room suite was plenty of space for 6 adults and a child. Had a great time with the arcade entertainment, pool experiences, and good dining options for everyone.

Excellent time
We love everything about it, especially the multiple pool choices, cozy coffee shops and convenience stores. Rooms are very spacious and clean with full kitchens and balconies. Food was just okay, room was very clean but with older loud appliances. Ours was located right along route 192 so it was kind of loud on the balcony. Have stayed in other units better located. Overall love the experience.

The customer service in front office isn’t very nice doesn’t make you feel at home I have been going to this resort since late 90s and they don’t ever seem to really care I always have quite a few people with me and we eat on property and it gets expensive but overall it’s still a nice resort to go hangout and relax

Staff jumped in lazy river asking for band for floats big white lady. She was rude room not the cleanest
I spent a lot of money at this resort and I feel like there should have been cleaner rooms less dust everywhere also the bed was uncomfortable in both room and pullout. Loved lazy river until the big white lady was fully clothed in the water asking for wrist bands when we had a $35 wrist band on 3 of us to do the fun zone which the zip line wasn’t working or nobody to work it. Needed sneakers for it. Also clothes had to be on for the jumpy thing. Just could have been better.

Excellent place to enjoy Orlando area attractions.
I was really surprised at all of the amenities and quality of the facilities of this resort. The two bedroom unit was just like brand new. The beds and bedrooms were extremely comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout the entire unit.

This place is great just wish it had adults only pools. And that chairs weren’t saved at River island at 7am. (This shouldn’t be allowed).

Bed was a little small didnt seem like a king size bed
I didnt like the food at all my nephews kids meal literally had 5 fries in it plus the cheeseburge was thrown in the box it wasnt even together my chicken tenders was so hard and dry u couldnt even bite them
