Cozy stay and Amazing Hospitality

My stay at this location was amazing. The rooms are huge and the kitchen area has everything you need to setup a nice meal. Their are 2 pools on sight which were great for privacy or if you have a larger party. I met Gary who’s the general manager who tirelessly works greeting guests an assisting anywhere as needed. I was greeted by jasmine, Thalia and Vanessa who showed great knowledge and hospitality providing beyond words can imagine in great customer service! Every question no matter from food availability around the town to theme parks they were able to make our families stay amazing and I really appreciate them for making my families trip feel special!

Off the beaten path.

This place is always great to stay at. It is away from quite a bit of traffic. Friendly staff.

From the first check in welcoming to the check out the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional

Great Rooms and Friendly Service

We came in 4 hours late at 4:00am. Security got us checked in quickly so we could go to bed. All staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Best vacation club

The stay was absolutely amazing up until the people upstairs were banging the last two nights, but other than that everything was perfect. We love that hotel.

Quiet comfortable place

Great place to stay. The only complaint is they bug you about their timeshare like programs

Great location, great accessibility, was great facilities, and overall very recommended. Friendly workers, great security guard. Felt safe and valuables secured. Would love to stay again with others to share the great experience

Wonderful space and a perfect location!

The reason for our stay was a visit to family, and we made a reservation here without actually knowing a lot about this location. It was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely go back. The heated pool in January was fantastic!

Perfect family place

Perfect for a family holiday with great play area and pool for kids. Place offers a comfortable and calming atmosphere to relax and unwind. Highly recommended. Also this is closer to all Disney parks.
