Will Stay Here Again

My family and I loved staying here. The suites were excellent and the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our rooms were clean but there were a few small items that maintenance could fix up, like a slow drain for the bath tub and a finicky kitchen faucet. I love the arcade and game room, but I'd like to see more options. Maybe throw in a pinball machine and have one less claw machine. These are all small trivial things/ideas that had very little impact on our stay. We will certainly come again.

Perfect weekend in Scottsdale!

We were in Scottsdale for my daughter’s graduation from GCU. We have a large family with several young adult daughters. I booked our room online without ever seeing it in person and we were so delighted when we arrived at the beautiful property in one of the best parts of Scottsdale Manny at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful, he checked us in right away and told us all the details about the property. When we saw the room, we were all so delighted. It was so nicely appointed and so spacious. It was the perfect base camp for a weekend going back-and-forth to the university. The pools were amazing but we love the room so much. We honestly enjoyed relaxing there just as much.

Stay here while visiting Scottsdale

Great resort in north Scottsdale with plenty activities to do. We love all the pools and hot tubs. With a full service restaurant, exercise area, activities room for children this place has it all. The main pool has water slides and a waddling pool with a playground in the middle.

Family Vacation

The hotel was excellent and the reviews provided us with some excellent tips! We brought our own quick dry towels as they were easier to carry back and forth between the pool and identify our spot on the pool deck. The pools were not super busy and our kids spent countless hours jumping into the pool and looking for toys on the bottom of the pool. We preferred the “social” and “waterfall” pool over the waterslide and splash pad but it was nice to know we had the option. The room was well equipped with everything you need to cook and included some laundry soap and dishwasher tabs. The things I would have liked to be included: oil spray as the pan was not non stick enough for our eggs, single serve ketchup, jam, butter and syrup as we bought the smallest ones and still left half full containers behind. And bring your own plastic cups for the pool - they allow food and drink in the pool area (just not the pool) but everything in the room is glass. If possible, request a room on the top floor. We had kids above running back and forth on the hardwood at 5am for a couple days during our stay which was super unpleasant. Loved that parking was free and the activity centre has some fun crafts to break away from the heat. Very well located as we never travelled more than 20 minutes (zoo, aquarium, target, dining, medieval times) except for the day we did the baseball game. Kids are ready to go back already (5,7,9)

Deeply Dissapointed

I dont Recommend booking here.The Promo images compelling. The actual experience a real let down....First and important ZERO MENTION NO DAILY ROOM CLEANING...had I known my wife would have to do EXACTLY what She lovingly does at home all year I WOULD CHOOSE NOT TO BOOK as my 4 day stay I cut to 3 because part of the trip WAS TO GIVE HER A BREAK....so yes Im no macho...I did all the room cleaning and bed making etc for her and my daughter...as no way was i going to shamelessly sit at the poll waiting for her to get chores done....then $35 resort fee and ZERO RESORT AMBIANCE the pool chairs are from the 70s im sure....ZERO FOOD OR DRINK SERVICE AT POOL and the pool towels emberrassingly flimsy and frayed...just as well as NO FOOD because our only breakfast and Lunch experience was regretable way over priced. poor quality... and lunch menú proclaimed 3 steak tacos...only 2 were delivered....very small...full of greens and literally...my wife and i regretfully ordered the same...4 small very dry tasteless steak slices..for $27 each plate of deception of course the rest of the 3 day stay we enjoyed FANTASTIC MEALS outside the property. I Expected more....very dissapointed.

Great resort, not so great front desk staff

Great location and resort was clean. We got a two bedroom suite and it was very nice. Kids enjoyed their time at the Pool and activity center. The problem was the front desk. Lynette was not friendly. She never even smiled. We tried to check in at 10:20am and no rooms were available (which we totally understand that it was early). We didnt mind going swimming to kill time. The problem started when we asked for late check out, mind you, we are Platinum elite members (recently was Diamond). We are always offered early and late check out/in. She immediately said it was full. Okay, that's fine. 2:20pm got a text and said our room was ready. My husband checked in and HE had to mention our perks and asked if it was going to be offered. Lynette then noticed but only acknowledge we would ONLY get extra points for our stay since there was no breakfast to offer and no upgraded rooms. Hours later, we called and a gentlemen answered, we asked for late check out and he, too, said cant. At dinner time, Martin texted and thanked us for staying anf being Elite members. I asked for late check out and IT WAS AVAILABLE. I thought it was sold out??? No one recognized us for our status and this was the first hotel we've ever stayed out that did not acknowledge us. We will never stay here again nor recommend due to the front desk putting a bad taste in our mouth. 60 nights a year at IHG and this was our worst experience. All the other staff members were wonderful, though, but first impression is everything.

Family vacation

Although our check in was 45 min late they did upgrade us to a nicer 4 bed condo. We were right by pool with a short walk to waterslide pool. Grandkids loved them both. Condo was nice although a bit dark due to being on lower level. Clean and comfortable. Only complaint is on site restaurant which is 3rd party. Definitely drive somewhere for meals!

Exceeded our expectations! We can't wait to return

During check-in, our written requests for our villa placement were honored right off the bat without us needing to verbally prompt the front desk employee, Katelyn. I liked being able to text the front desk 24/7; they addressed all of our questions and ongoing needs! They checked in on us just enough and made us feel really well taken care of and valued as customers. That also made the check-out experience super easy and efficient as well. Additionally, we enjoyed the recreation center and craft room where we were able to play ping pong and tie-dye shirts, respectively. Our crafting director, Bridget, stayed late both nights to help us finish our shirts and was really friendly the entire time. It was an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to come back and do it all again! Lastly, it was incredibly convenient having a complimentary, in-unit washer and dryer with detergent provided. We did multiple batches of laundry during our stay without any issues.

Beautiful facility, easy to get to, 4 pools, nice staff. Nice rooms, comfy beds.nice restaurant on site.

Best stay ever!

Amazing location! This facility is better than described online. You will not be disappointed!
