Quality amenities at a great location
Although a little dated, the resort is clean and has plenty of space for families with multiple pools. The beds were not very comfortable and probably needed to be rotated. Everything worked great and we had no issues, except a little confusion during check-in on which room we were in as the key cards were incorrectly swiped. The restaurant staff works very hard to please and provides great service--food is pretty good, too.

Great Family Spot
Great location for a family to enjoy Scottsdale. The resort has an amazing vibe and staff are terrific. L have stay at the resort 5 times. The location and rooms keep me coming back.

Better than expected
Our family of four came to Phoenix for the Fiesta Bowl and wanted to choose a place that the kids could swim. The Holiday Inn Vacation Club was better than we had expected. The 2 bedroom/2bath condo was amazing! Pools were heated so the kids could swim even though the temps were in the 50s. We all four had a blast in the Activities Room playing ping pong, pool, video games and doing arts and crafts. We ate lunch at the restaurant at the resort. The food was very good and waitstaff super friendly. All resort staff were very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return! On top of it, it was a great location in Scottsdale close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and golf courses. Only a 30 minute drive to the airport and State Farm Stadium for the big game

At a pleasant time at our stay at IHG customer resorts my first time I discussed resorts and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was great rooms were awesome, but 21 and over pool was a pleasant surprise as well.

Scottsdale Resort
This is a really attractive property in a very good location. I really enjoyed the room my family stayed in (a 2-bedroom villa). The layout was spacious and functional. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. The staff at the reception was very helpful and made it possible for me to check in late. The only weak point in my opinion is the restaurant/marketplace.
