Great concierge service and room value.

From the moment we entered the property we were greeted by warmly, our room was prepared and relaxation ensued. The amenities were fantastic and location ideal. No question, we will make reservations at this property again.

Comfortable mattresses but the kitchen is underwhelming

We have stayed with Holiday Inn Vacation Club for the last 4 years. We love how family friendly the property is. The suites were " newly renovated ", this just means new mattresses including the pullout. I was really hoping the kitchen was revamped. They only have one pot and one pan in the kitchen which makes cooking difficult. We always have to bring extra paper towels as they only provide you with one for your stay and our own spatula for the grill. The kitchen is described as fully stocked but is definitely sub par. We were a little bummed out that the activity room is now mostly videos games that we had to pay for. The only family activities available are shuffle board and ping pong. Other than that we always have a great time

Had a GREAT time!

We loved our staycation at Holiday Inn Resort Scottsdale. The rooms and front desk were very accommodating. Were very polite. The rooms provided everything we needed, very family friendly. We will definitely come back again!

Working in Phoenix area

I will stay at this facility from now on when I work in the Phoenix area every month. I really felt like I was at home. The staff is incredible and very helpful.

Great stay

Must re stay. I enjoyed. My kids loved the pool. It was hot but the stay was relaxing

Disappointed Longtime IHG Customer

We are extremely disappointed with our booking experience. We attempted to book using our pre purchased booking voucher to schedule the resort tour with the possibility of purchasing the timeshare for our family. We were denied availability only to turn around and book the same stay using our IHG. My husband was so disappointed with our booking experience that when we arrived he turned down the tour. He said if they treat us like this as lifelong IHG members I can only imagine the poor service we would receive purchasing a timeshare package. Mind you we pre purchased the package for the purpose of taking the tour. Nonetheless we were extremely disappointed with this stay. Not to mention we were celebrating my nieces 3rd birthday and visiting family during this visit and absolutely nothing with this visit went well. I had such high hope for this location because we are frequent IHG users and have been previously satisfied with them. This trip was extremely disappointing to say the least. Plus we traveled all the way from Virginia only to receive such poor service which ruined our family weekend. We ended up taking the family event to Great Wolf instead of staying at this location to host our family event.

Excellent Experience

Rooms are very spacious. Did not expect them to be as big as they were, literally an appartment. Staff were very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Kids pool was also great and very clean. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Awesome place

We had a great time and this hotel feels like home. It was our second stay.

Great Value

The property was great and the room was very spacious. My kids had fun in the pools and the food was great. The beds were on the firmer side.

Overall nice place

Great economical place for a staycation with the kids. The rooms are huge and the main pool area was a hit. The arts and crafts for the kids were great too. We had a weird smell in our room and issues with the thermostat dropping while sleeping. In the end, it’s a great value and we’d come back again.
