GREAT SWIMMING POOLS AND LARGE LIVING AREA
NICE PROPERTY WITH MANY RELAXING OPTIONS. LARGE ROOMS AND FOUR SWIMMING POOL OPTIONS. GREAT LOCATION WITH MANY RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING NEARBY THE HOTEL LOCATION. CLOSE TO FREEWAY ENTRANCES AND QUIET LOCATION. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. FAMILY FRIENDLY.

Acceptable Staycation..
Front desk representative was nice and easy to work with. You are required to speak to a vacation rep next to obtain door keys..Goal is to schedule you a timeshare presentation to purchase. Suite had 2 dead sewer cockroaches in kitchen..Suites should always be walked thru again same day as check in for those reasons. Next door guests had loud music on and kids running around their suite ongoing, called security at 11pm and was shut down within 15 minutes..Pools and game room facilities above average. A child pooped in the kiddie pool the next morning shutting that side down for a couple hours. WELCOME TO AZ!

Great for families
We selected this location for our family's summer vacation. The accommodations were ideally suited for our needs, providing ample space for the children to have their own area separate from my wife and me. The suite's kitchen allowed us to prepare meals and dine together as a family, creating a much more enjoyable experience than a typical hotel stay.

There was a giant roach in the bed and another dead in the bathroom sink when I arrived. I didn't feel comfortable staying at this hotel at all after this, but was only offered to change rooms.

Good place to have a family vacation
Everything is fine, but if your neighbors turn on the TV after 10 p.m., you will be able to hear what they are watching, or if they have a conversation, you will be able to hear what is going on there.

Great amenities for the price
Great quality and very reasonably priced. Nice amenities. Rooms were spacious and clean. Wish the restaurant was open longer and had better options for TV when traveling with kids. But definitely would recommend.

Check in was very smooth The room was clean,nice size unit. Very happy with my experience as a whole. There would be one issue that I had was handrails getting in and out of the pool and hot tub. Did NOT have any railing covers. we were there in August and getting in and out of the hot tub and the pool you could almost burn your hands, touching the metal handrails. we did notice the coverings on one particular handrail which made that particular entrance. OK so they know what they are. They just are putting them on all the handrails.

Be cautious about the room. We had bugs. Nice staff. Unfortunately there were a few people that used the pool that weren't guests. Pool wasn't cleaned everyday.
