Our best experience in three years
Although we were dreading the check-in process after years of being harrassed by the hard sell by the check in clerk, this time it was a pleasure. Crystal explained all the benefits of the resort, offered a reward for taking a tour and they thanked us for staying and checked us in after was said we didn't want a tour. We love the resort, the rooms are awesome and the resort beautiful. The beachouse that is part of the resort is wonderful, providing restrooms, a game room and a pool right on the beach. We will definitely be back and hope the check-in remains a soft sell.

Cleanliness of rooms
Your cleaning people should check rooms thoroughly before leaving. We notice hair in shower and bathroom floor. Also bedding should also be checked for cleanliness. Otherwise, the facility itself is clean outside of the room.

Excellent atmosphere!
The staff and management made us feel welcomed and give us a since of belonging. We enjoyed the rooms and accommodations. Staff members link Zeke and Jackie insured that our visit was most memorable and worth of many more visits and stays.

Pleasant stay at South Beach
stay was very pleasant and very much needed. Upon chicken the front office staff was very attentive and professional. The villain that I stayed in was very accommodating very peaceful and clean and relaxing. The coded gate offered an additional layer of security. Additionally I don't have any major qualms about my stay there and I probably will stay there again in the future.

Electric fireplace ️Great apartment like room. Great kitchen. 2 bedroom/2 bath. Jetted tub. My only wish would be that they get bigger tv in the bedrooms.

Excellent Family Vacation Spot
Enjoyed our 4 night stay. Room size is perfect for a family. Staff was very helpful. Location near both beach and market commons is unbeatable. Can't wait for room refurb in process now.

Comfortable Beds, Fully Stocked Kitchen
Enjoyed our stay in the 2 Bedroom King Suite with full kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was great to cook in. Would only suggest an upgrade with the televisions as the speakers were quiet and hard to hear if cooking in the kitchen. Hot tub outside was not functioning when we went to use it, looked like it had not been cleaned or open for a while. Indoor hot tub and pool were so small we could not use it with a handful of people using it.
