Convenient and fairly priced

Toilet tank fill valve ran continuously for the entire stay. A simple flapper replacement would have done the job. $7 part

Good location

Stayed here because I need to use a free night. This was one of my few options. I like the location because even thought it was raining the restaurant across the street was good - Damons (or something like that).

Nice place!

This resort was great for a nice little relaxing and fun getaway with family. Clean and nice villa, great pools and playground and decent location. My only complaints are needing better access to the beach across the highway and needing a better cafe and marketplace. Either way, I would stay here again :)

Unfortunately, not the greatest...

Better coffee bar in the main building. When I went to get coffee in the morning, the coffee was weak and lukewarm. Additionally, the coffee bar was gross, not cleaned, no creamer available. When I walked into the lobby, there were 4-5 women just chatting behind the counter, laughing and gossiping. I was never even acknowledged. No good morning, no head nod, a wave, nothing... The freezer was leaking when we arrived and we had three phone calls to our room (very annoying when we are trying to enjoy each other's company for our anniversary). The bed was horrible, the pillows were so firm that my neck hurt badly in the morning. Get some Holiday Inn Express pillows, those are awesome! You could hear every time someone opened their patio door above or below us. It sounded like someone was dragging furniture across the room.

Nice Stay

We always enjoy our stay at this resort. Excellent staff and great accommodations. We visit same time every year.

Our best experience in three years

Although we were dreading the check-in process after years of being harrassed by the hard sell by the check in clerk, this time it was a pleasure. Crystal explained all the benefits of the resort, offered a reward for taking a tour and they thanked us for staying and checked us in after was said we didn't want a tour. We love the resort, the rooms are awesome and the resort beautiful. The beachouse that is part of the resort is wonderful, providing restrooms, a game room and a pool right on the beach. We will definitely be back and hope the check-in remains a soft sell.

Cleanliness of rooms

Your cleaning people should check rooms thoroughly before leaving. We notice hair in shower and bathroom floor. Also bedding should also be checked for cleanliness. Otherwise, the facility itself is clean outside of the room.

Excellent atmosphere!

The staff and management made us feel welcomed and give us a since of belonging. We enjoyed the rooms and accommodations. Staff members link Zeke and Jackie insured that our visit was most memorable and worth of many more visits and stays.
