Terrible Experience

I would never stay here again, I got zero sleep, the place is VERY hot and not clean. Staff is not helpful nor do they answer the phone and they argue with you.

Horrible experience

There was a power cut for the better part of night and we couldn't sleep at all. Elevator was not working, had to haul luggage till 5th floor using dirty,smelly stairs. Wifi was not working Call to helpdesk was not working. Called helpdesk using mobile phone and request was not fulfilled.

Great view

Our crew stayed in this facility towards the end of May, so the weather was on the cusp of changing and beautiful! The size of the main room/kitchen/bedroom/bathroom was perfect for an extended stay with all the amenities necessary for a vacation. The mattress/bedding would be our only complaint as it was hard and the sheets felt very stiff/starched, which combined with no AC made it very difficult to get a good night's rest.

Facilities

Love that you have showers in the locker room. What was even better is that shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in the shower too. The lil dryer was nice to have too. I was able to dry my wet clothes.

Nice living room area and dining table and confortable bed

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. we also had the adjoining one room suite for our adult daughter which worked out great. We were there for our son's wedding, so having 2 bathrooms to get ready in was ideal.

Too Much For Too Little

This mountain top facility does not have the amenities to score any higher than a 3 for a non-skiing retreat location. Its room was outdated , limited food options( no breakfast ), lack of patios and hot tub with a crumbling bottom.

The beds were not comfortable. Air would come out. It would sink a sinkhole.

Location was excellent tower. We stayed in was old ice machine did not work. Water would not get hot. I did not work. Had to call for them to come fix it and they were not able to fix it completely could not see half of the channels on the TVs because they were old.

Incredible Even Outside of Ski Season!

Came up for one weekend to attend a wedding and were treated to incredible views, a phenomenal villa, and a great overall time. The staff were very helpful both at check-in and during our stay, the room was clean and comfortable, and we could not have asked for a better weekend overall. The only slight downside was that certain amenities were still closed/had different hours than advertised as the resort makes the shift from ski season to summer season, but with so many great things around Lake Tahoe it didn't change much!

Pleasantly surprised

Our first stay at The Ridge turned out better than expected. The view from the room of Carson Valley was amazing. The room was great with an exceptional mattress for a great night's sleep. This is a great option to stay in Tahoe away from the crowds of Stateline but with all of the views and amenities.

Bad weather

No redress if you can’t grt back to your room due to weather. The wedding we attended was in the valley and the mountain passes were closed due to bad weather. We drove all night to get a room in Reno off I-80
