Waterpark was great. Outdooor activities were a nice addition. Room was very clean. Staff was courteous. Beds were comfortable.

Bed bugs

Everything was fine, until the bed bugs. We were all ate up by the bugs.

A very pleasant stay!

We much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations are very nice. The staff was friendly. As a platinum member, we were given a free room upgrade. We have stayed before, and we will be happy to stay again in the future.

Great family weekend stay

Took the extended family for a nice night away where the kids could run & play. For the price and accommodations you can beat it.

Room was not good

The room was not good. The one bed sagged significantly in the middle, the bathroom was not clean, and the tub had a leak when stopped up. The blinds were not darkening so let light in.

I really enjoyed my stay. It would be great if complimentary breakfast could be added. Overall my experience at the hotel wa absolutely amazing. I think you should have more food places inside of the resort to make it more convenient for the guests.

Need to clean the rooms better

You have staff that obviously doesn't clean the room properly. Why would I find a broken crayon when I'm under the covers on the bed? Why is the t.v remotes so greasy? Dead bug inside the fridge. Dead bugs all over the counters? After using the tub in the master bedroom. Why did I wake up and find a brownish color after it was drained? What does your cleaning staff do when people check out? Because our room sure wasn't cleaned!

Nice hotel great location, friendly staff, comfortable

Great place.

Great spot to stay for families. Unfortunately some guests in other apartments were smoking marijuana,the smell was overwhelming. This should have been a smoke free campus since many of guests are children.

Lots of problems never resolved

Arrived and door key card would not open the door. Called for maintenance took over 35 mins at 11pm at night when tired from traveling and had not eaten yet. Tech said he would fix but never did just opened up the interior door and unlocked it. Stove did not work only one burner sometimes two was hit and miss. WIFI was horrible could not even do my work or check emails it would not stay connected. TV and DVD player outdated not even hooked to WIFI and we had the top suite. No extra blankets and sheets for pull out couch in the room or for any of the beds. Noise levels in the room are crazy high not only from your own room but above you. Lots of parties allowed and you can almost make out every conversation from the room above you and your own connected room very disappointed in the noise levels. No restaurant on site and were given a list of restaurants 10 miles plus away. Also grocery stores are 10+ miles unless you want to pay almost triple on most things in their store. Everything is a long drive and a real pain. This size of resort should have restaurant on site and if you look online it presents as though there is one. Every Holiday Inn I have stayed at had a restaurant on site. Totally disappointed in our stay for a birthday/anniversary getaway and be able to do some work while there spent a lot of time driving to eat and or get groceries.
