Comfortable and near water park

First stay here. It was clean and staff courteous.

Not thinking of our safety

For the fact my kids were scared first night Manger did nothing Even told me to open for next time to see person Security guard even said not to do that

I hosted my daughters 7th birthday at this resort. The kids were able to watch movies in the theatre, go swimming at the pool, and enjoy the water park. The food was good as well.

The staff was very helpful and friends the other guest were amazing too! I live in Chicago so this place was the peace I needed away from the city , but it still had enough activities to make the trip fun and interesting only thing I regret is not finding all of the before we had to leave can’t wait to come back for another visit

Easy getaway

Nice place to be. The property is ample and plenty of activities, not all of them are well prepared, they Simple do some entertainment. As GO’s, they need to improve their skills. Also, in my opinion, a set of way finding signage. The map they provide is not exactly as the roads are in real locations. Other than that your expectations could be fulfilled

Excellent accommodations

Rooms are extraordinary, clean, comfortable, peaceful and all around was a Great space to enjoy the family, there was even a bbq grill. The Waterpark was so much fun for the entire family. The pool was also a great cooling off point.

Great Location

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The decor was amazing, and I loved how this room didn't look like the traditional hotel rooms I've visited in the past.

It’s was just “okay”

Our stay was “okay”. It was a short getaway with the family to relax & enjoy, which we did for the most part. It could’ve been better if there are a lot of food options inside the resort especially inside the waterpark. Also Wifi service was weak inside our room and the renters’ /our room needs updating.

Poor front desk staff

The front desk has mis-charged us THREE separate times. First our room rate was not what I was told - even though there was a specific note in THEIR system about the price. Then there was a mystery $70 charge that the staff couldn't even explain what it was for. It was taken off. Then about 10 days later, the same $70 was re-charged to our card and still no one can explain why or even what it is supposed to be for.

Rooms are spacious but security is needed.

$80 to use the waterpark would be fine if we didn't have to leave due to unruly crowds. Glass shattered on the deck of the indoor pool. This resort is close to being good but you need security.
