Insects everywhere. So dirty

This hotel was so gross. The room smelled, had wasps in the bathroom, mold in the whirlpool tub jets, furniture was ripped, so so dirty. I would never stay here again.

Check the waterpark/activity hours when booking in advance!

I was really excited to bring my family to this resort so that my small and big kids could all enjoy the indoor waterpark together. However when we got there, we found that they had JUST switched to off-season hours, meaning that the waterpark was closed Mon-Thurs, so it was closed our whole stay. How disappointing! The pools were still open, and they were fun for the kids, just not what we were anticipating. It would've been very helpful if the website had better communication regarding the off-season hours to prevent this sort of thing from happening! We also wanted to check out the trail rides or wagon rides, but those were closed while we were there during the week too. The accommodations were fine, and they have various activities throughout the day/evening that you can participate in - kids enjoyed the magic show one evening.

great service for a relaxing time

me and my family had a good relaxing time in a very nice environment, the only issue was the bed covers and the tub but other than that, my wife and my son were very happy, I will definitely going to recommend this place, thank you. Just be better on the bed covers it is very important, to have a very good rest at night.

Awesome place in lake Palestine my favorite love it really comfortable for us.close lake really nice pools the view amazing basketball courts mini golf the staff are amazing the rooms are very comfortable

Value play

I’ve stayed here in the last three years. Solid customer service - impressive retention rate. I wish the rooms had blackout curtains and the sinks had disposals.

Great Service

Great place to stay. Great place for children to go with indoor waterpark. Very nice pool. Big rooms with full amenities. Great place to go during spring break verses the summer. Staff are very kind and accommodating.

Really like the whole concept, very well set up and family friendly. The outside is well manicured and plenty of things to do.

This place was nice. However, the horses and water park are not available every day and they don’t tell you that on the website or when you call!!!

Everything was great just one setback

Other than the room and bathtub cleanliness the hotel and my stay was amazing.

First time at a Resort & we loved it.

We were so pleased with how courteous & friendly all the staff was. And we were thrilled with the room. Not only was it extremely clean, but we loved the layout. Having two bedrooms with two kitchens & two full baths, helped our large family feel as though we weren’t on top of each other. We also loved having a balcony. The fireplace was also a very nice touch. They had so many activities that we ran out of time to participate in all of them.
