Clean Comfy Rooms

Bathrooms and bedrooms were amazing, very comfortable clean suite

A few issues…but would go back again

This place had a few issues. The room had ants. The toilet kept running. An employee spent 30 minutes of our vacation time trying to get us to attend a presentation, but we found out at the end of the call that we didn’t even meet the income requirements. But we were happy with the activities offered and the villa layout. And we were glad that the outdoor pools were still open, even though it was past Labor Day. So, even though we had some issues, we would go back again.

Great Amenities

This is a great ETX gem. What a superb surprise to have this as a choice for my staycation. Lots of things to do, great staff and close enough to Tyler if you need to shop.

Great amenities, but terrible reservation service

We enjoyed all the activities on the property, but were unable to stay close to other family members staying on property. Our room was also very outdated, with no door on the bathroom. It was very difficult to book a reservation over the phone and was not given the resort credits that were offered through the website. The managers did not return my phone calls either.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms

My stay was a positive one , just recommend that staff have the cobb webs at the entrance and deck removed regularly

Fun times with the kids

I love this resort and can’t wait to explore more resorts with this company!

Fun Trip for the Family

I wanted a fun trip with the whole family that didn't cost an arm and a leg. This resort was affordable, and there were plenty of activities for us to participate in, such as the pools, putt-putt, the arcade, and the the activities at the activity center. We also enjoyed playing pool. It was a really great weekend.

Please enough to come bak

The overall stay was very nice, my grandbbys enjoyed their stay, and at night as they slept me and my daughter relaxed on the back porch. Only downsize is the resort had to many spiders and bugs in the staircase and your doors with could have led to grandbbys or myself getting bit and the resort could have been a little cleaner. But overall we'll visit again just hope the fix the miner problems.

Insects everywhere. So dirty

This hotel was so gross. The room smelled, had wasps in the bathroom, mold in the whirlpool tub jets, furniture was ripped, so so dirty. I would never stay here again.

Check the waterpark/activity hours when booking in advance!

I was really excited to bring my family to this resort so that my small and big kids could all enjoy the indoor waterpark together. However when we got there, we found that they had JUST switched to off-season hours, meaning that the waterpark was closed Mon-Thurs, so it was closed our whole stay. How disappointing! The pools were still open, and they were fun for the kids, just not what we were anticipating. It would've been very helpful if the website had better communication regarding the off-season hours to prevent this sort of thing from happening! We also wanted to check out the trail rides or wagon rides, but those were closed while we were there during the week too. The accommodations were fine, and they have various activities throughout the day/evening that you can participate in - kids enjoyed the magic show one evening.
