Nice Facility
Room was nice, never saw housekeeping staff or had room cleaned in 3 days we were there. Water shut off for entire facility the morning of our departure.

Not the holiday inn Standard
I use my points for family vacations but travel for work to acquire them. I’ve stayed in many holiday inns using points Pensicola beach Florida is 5 Star. This place not so much. Everything In disrepair is decor the pools. No beach or lake access at a lake resort... lol so absurd. Rooms are dated but clean. Staff was nice. But mini golf course in such disrepair unusable. No lake or beach meant swimming in a pool for the stay. Just not worth it. Paddle boats in such disrepair we gave up and left the resort to find something fun to do.

Our family loved it!
We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn Club Vacation Hotel in Flint, TX. From check-in to departure, every hotel employee was very accommodating and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets for the whole family. There was alot of room in the kitchen for cooking and the grill outside the hotel door was nice when making dinner. We ate breakfast at the marina twice and both times the food was amazing! Not a bad price for all the food you get, and the pancakes are HUGE! We will definitely be going back soon!

Comfortable beds but not very convenient with small kids
Rooms were pretty nice and it we liked having two rooms. Not all of the Villas are walking distance to the activities so it was a pain getting all the kids in and out the car to drive everywhere. The only food onsite was Subway and Pizza. Waterpark was fun but it cost extra. However there were not that many lifeguards and the ones that were there didn't pay very good attention. They were playing rock, paper, scissors and not watching the pool areas. Fun place for kids 5
