Great apartment with some service issues

The property was great and the perfect layout for our needs. It was however a very long way from central Scottsdale approx 20-30 min drive depending on the traffic. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and made my husband feel ill so we only ate there once. The resort itself felt a little dead but it’s probably because we were out of season. At checkout I was informed that instead of taking a deposit of $115 which I had agreed to on check in. They had instead completely cleared all of the money out of my bank account leaving me overdrawn on all subsequent purchases I made during my stay. This is really unacceptable and very upsetting I wasn’t sure if when I arrived back in London that I would have the money available to get home from the airport or buy food for the family to eat.

We have now stayed three years in a row. Our stays have all been very nice. We also enjoyed eating at your restaurant and the singing cowboy on Wednesday night.

Beautiful property - great vacation

Stayed 10 days and had a wonderful time while there. The pool was very nice and the area around was comfortable to sit outside and read or just enjoy the weather. Scottsdale is one of our favorite vacation club properties of the six we have visited, along with our home base of Orange Lake.

only concern was the sound transfer from the adjoining room, more care should be taken in soundproofing between villas during construction.

Very nice property

Very nice property. Fully equipped suite with full kitchen, washer and dryer, and other amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property

The location and hotel are great. There is a pretty cool water slide and pool for the kids to play on. The rooms were clean and not too dated for decor. It was quiet and relaxing. I was a little disappointed that there was not assistance to connect a device to the internet (support to add a MAC address) so that was kind of a let down. But all in all, a great stay.

Great Family Staycation

Went up for the weekend before the kids had to go back to school from fall break. Room and accommodations where good only critique would be the slides close a 5pm wished they stayed open a little longer. But overall a great stay.

Great place for families

We have 4 children. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect for us. The villa was much nicer overall than we were expecting. There are some minor issues hearing other tenants. The parking is also a little funky. Here for a Spear course will stay again when kids are with us.

Family Had Great Time

We were impressed with the two bedroom Villa. My four-year-old nephew LOVED the kiddie pools. He went down the tubes at least 15 times said his dad until his dad got too tired to climb up the stairs again.
